Aliphatic PU Topcoat 100 is a protective, decorative topcoat applied over a waterproofing base layer. Unlike the main waterproofing coats, this one is made to stay in colour — it won’t fade or yellow over time, so roofs stay looking sharp for years. It also comes in white and light shades that reflect sunlight, keeping the roof surface noticeably cooler.
Like the other Kcare coatings, it’s rolled on as a liquid and cures into a tough, seamless, waterproof layer that resists sun, rain, and temperature changes, with a service life of 20+ years.
