It works even on slightly damp concrete, not just fully dry surfaces. As it cures, it fills tiny surface holes and air pockets in the concrete (called bugholes) so they don’t cause bubbles or pinholes in the waterproofing layer applied over it. This gives a smoother, stronger finish overall.

Best for: Preparing concrete surfaces before applying Kcare waterproofing coatings (Ureaguard, Polyshield, etc.)
